Haze remover is always one of the nastiest products in a screen shop. However, Enviro Haze is a water-soluble, non-hazardous stain remover. This product is designed to remove the stain (ghost image) from the screen fabric. Enviro Haze works on all types of ink stains, especially plastisol inks, and is safe on all types of fabrics.
- Enviro Wash, Nature's Ink Cleaner: This product is a soy-based, semi-viscous ink cleaner. It is designed for the removal of a variety of inks without attacking the emulsion. The top priority of Enviro Wash is the plastisol inks.
- Enviro Wipe is a soy & citrus-based cleaner. It's designed for the removal of a variety of inks without attacking the emulsion. Unlike many other competitors' products, Enviro Wipe is a strong and quick evaporating ink cleaner. The top priority of Enviro Wipe is plastisol ink. This product can also be an excellent cleaner for the removal of pallet adhesive and press cleanup.
- Emulsion removers are often thought to be caustic and harmful to the environment. Enviro Strip is an all-natural iodine-based emulsion stripper that is mined from the earth. Enviro Strip will quickly and economically remove all types of photopolymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsion. Enviro Strip is safe on all types of mesh and is drain safe! *Contains natural enzymes to help degrade emulsion*
- Enviro Clean is a natural citrus-based degreaser for use with new or used screens. It will clean the screen mesh and remove all oils and residue which will ruin the emulsion coating. Enviro Clean will also reduce the incidence of "pinholes" when coating your screens with emulsion. This also helps control hard water and other contaminants found in rinse water!
Enviro Wipe Application: As always card excessive ink from screen. Use one of the following applications.
"Press Wash/Screen Opener" Apply product on both sides of the screen and then wipe or squeegee off until all residue is gone. Enviro Wipe works extremely well when cataloging the screen and saving it for future use.
"Recirculating Wash" Enviro Wipe can be continuously recirculated until the product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used products may be filtered and reused. Dispose of used products in accordance with state, local, and federal regulations.
"Adhesive Remover" Apply Enviro Wipe to the adhesive and allow to dwell for 30 to 90 seconds. Remove adhesive using a scraper, towel, or rag.
