ENVIROWASH® is a soy-based, semi-viscous ink cleaner. It is designed for the removal of a variety of inks without attacking the emulsion. The top priority of ENVIROWASH® is plastisol inks.
INK WASHOUT AT THE SINK
Card excessive ink from the screen. Apply product to the ink side of the screen. Use a non-abrasive scrub brush or pad to agitate ink on both sides of the screen. Starting at the bottom of the screen, high-pressure water rinses all ink residue from the screen. *Check with your local sanitation district regarding limitations on inks that are to rinsed into the drain.
RECIRCULATING WASH
Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until the product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used products may be filtered and re-used.
