96 Metallic Silver Plastisol Ink

- 96 Metallic silver is a solvent based ink, store air tight, clean up directly after use
RECOMMENDED FABRICS
Cotton and some cotton/polyester blends. Always test print fabric before beginning a production run.
INK APPLICATION
For softer feeling prints, add 5% to 25% by volume, of 710LF Softhand Additive. Reducing the ink with 1110LF Curable Reducer and using finer meshes can also greatly improve the softness of the finished print.
SCREEN MESH AND EMULSION
95 - 125 t/in or 37 - 50 t/cm Monofilament for metallic colors.
SQUEEGEE
65 - 70 Durometer: Sharp or Beveled edge.
CURE TEMPERATURE
Direct Prints: 325ºF Test Dryer temperatures before a production run. Wash test printed product before beginning production run.
CLEAN-UP
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash.
STORAGE OF INK CONTAINERS
Recommended storage at 65ºF to 90ºF. Avoid storage in direct sunlight and moist, humid air.
