The flagship water-based textile screen printing ink from Colormaker, PERMASET AQUA Standard, Glow and Process Color ranges are based on a 100% solvent free, environmentally friendly formula that provides intense pigments rich in coverage with exceptional color yield.
The resilient resin base is at once both soft and incredibly strong – holding up beautifully to even the most severe rub and wash tests.

- Transparency: Transparent, giving exceptionally vibrant color. Standard White is opaque
- Drying: Heat cure with heat and airflow
- Mesh: More vibrant print - 110 to 160
- Mesh: Softer print - 180 to 305 (higher mesh can produce less vibrant prints.
- Emulsion Type: Must be water resistant such as WR-14

CURING
Waterbased ink cures optimally with airflow. If steam is trapped in your dryer chamber, the ink will cure more slowly. If possible, raise the dryer panels on the front and rear of your conveyor dryer to allow steam to escape.
If your conveyor dryer chamber is short, you may need to run your garments through 2 to 3 times to get a full cure.
